The company currently has a huge manufacturing area (land with more than 220,000 m2 and a built area of 46,000 m2), with high performance machines, an advanced technology, environment preservation and personnel qualification.  

Our manufacturing lines count with hydraulic, electric and hybrid machines with a short cycle time for injection processes, combined to an intensive use of industrial automation – automatic closing system and transportation process, labelling and automated cutting – with a permanent goal to offer to our clients the best solutions with global competitive.

Counting with a specialized team, advanced software and more than 20 years of experience in the packaging market, we’re ready to support you and your company to find the best packaging solutions.

CLEAN ROOM

Jaguar Embalagens has a special facility for the food packages’ manufacturing. This place, that is named CLEANROOM, which is controlled and it also follows norms and quality programs, such as GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), APPCC (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point), FSSC 22000 (Food Safety System Certification) and ISO 9001.
